{"id":1198,"date":"2021-07-27T10:02:23","date_gmt":"2021-07-27T10:02:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sebastianbaert.eliott-markus.digital\/expertise\/culture-performance\/"},"modified":"2021-08-02T21:37:48","modified_gmt":"2021-08-02T21:37:48","slug":"culture-performance","status":"publish","type":"expertise","link":"https:\/\/sebastien-baert.eliott-markus.cloud\/en\/expertise\/culture-performance\/","title":{"rendered":"Culture &#038; Performance"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>My role as a &#8220;Culture and Performance&#8221; consultant is <strong>triple<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First, it is to <strong>diagnose the critical elements of the company&#8217;s culture <\/strong>to assess their adequacy to the company&#8217;s needs, its members, and its mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, my role is to <strong>facilitate the understanding and valuing<\/strong> of this culture by many of the company&#8217;s employees to become its <strong>best ambassadors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, my interventions aim to give my clients internal and external <strong>communication tools on their culture<\/strong> (culture-book *, culture-code, semantic platform) to, among other things, improve the level of employee engagement and develop the employer brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Culture-book: a culture book states the salient features of an organisation&#8217;s culture. It can be used as HR support (recruitment, onboarding, external growth) or marketing support (careers, employer brand, commitment).
