{"id":1199,"date":"2021-07-27T10:03:03","date_gmt":"2021-07-27T10:03:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sebastianbaert.eliott-markus.digital\/expertise\/management-interculturel\/"},"modified":"2021-07-30T12:38:39","modified_gmt":"2021-07-30T12:38:39","slug":"management-interculturel","status":"publish","type":"expertise","link":"https:\/\/sebastien-baert.eliott-markus.cloud\/en\/expertise\/management-interculturel\/","title":{"rendered":"Intercultural management"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Many contexts (relocation, company takeovers or mergers, employee mobility, etc.) require intercultural management to create fluid and effective interactions within an organisation that favours the diversity\u00a0of profiles.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a consultant in intercultural management, one of my expertises is to facilitate the emergence and acquisition of intercultural skills &#8211; listening, respect, openness, defined as the capacity of an individual to analyse and understand situations of contact between people from different cultures, then to apply them in the interests of the company.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the context of company mergers, intercultural issues naturally arise in the context of international mergers, but also in the context of mergers between companies with strong and potentially antagonistic business or corporate cultures.
